Student of life!! Growing up in a family of seven I am very flexible with plans, and ready to go with the flow. I love traveling and most recently got convinced to visit the Land Down Under. I'm always excited to get out and experience/learn new things especially while traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I am slowly steaming through Dostoyevsky's The Brothers Karamazov, determined that education does not stop with graduation. But I look forward to more contemporary literature when I finally finish it off. When it comes to music I am all about variety. I used to have a Blues radio show and I love, love soul music. Of course, I'm down with rock, folk, electronic and love embarrassing pop best of all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The aurora borealis, orcas playing cat-and-mouse with a baby sea lion, glaciers calving, humpback whales repetitively breaching, manta rays, twin elephant calves nursing. I love wildlife!

I strive to educate myself about environmental and social justice issues. And I always appreciate new veg recipes!
