Overview
About Me
Almost everyone would describe me as an extremely outgoing and friendly person who is always approachable, continuously joyed by life and never experiences a dull moment.
PHILOSOPHY
One must live in the present and enjoy what is laid out before them, rather than stress about what has happened or what one needs to do for the future.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Whilst travelling I try to join any local meetings in whichever city I'm visiting to meet new people, especially locals. I constantly watch for local events and attend when possible to meet new CS friends!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted a few times whilst I was living in Canada. I have surfed a fair few times, most notably in France. I now live in Australia where I hope to host more in the future.
Interests
I love to continually learn the stories behind what makes life so special. I'm into making the most out of travelling as there are so many countries and beautiful places within the world..there isn't enough time to see them all! Ideally I'd love to immerse myself into the culture and lifestyle anywhere has to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I love crime, especially authors James Patterson and Matthew Reilly
Music: Very open to all genres, but I prefer Indie and some pop, but hate metal and country
Movies: I'm a giant Disney fan, although I love watching most things from thrillers to rom-coms!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
* Swinging off a trapeze into the Nam Song river in Vang Vieng in Loas, followed by beer pong, mud volleyball and more cocktails whilst tubing.
* Got close to nature exploring the Galapagos Archipelago including Blue Footed Boobies, Galapagos tortoises, swam with sharks, seal lions and turtles.
* Learnt about the process of champagne making, wandering through caves (cellars) and taste tested in the Champagne region of France
* Skiied powdered slopes throughout the Austrian alp's and was a ski instructor in Canadian ski fields.
* Hiked for 4 days to watch the sunrise over Machu Picchu in Peru.
* Cruised around Halong Bay in Vietnam and watched the sun set - pure bliss
* Ski dived over the Pacific Ocean and landed on the beach of Australia's east coast
Teach, Learn, Share
To share/teach:
* I can tell you A LOT about the body/anatomy, considering it is my passion and profession.
* I'd love to show you what Vegemite is and teach you the real way it is applied to toast
* Aussie's have the ability to shorten words or make up new ones because they're lazy. I'll teach you all our jargon words and stupidity.
I want to learn:
* Languages! Our country lacks the ability to speak more than English (if that) so becoming, at the least, bilingual is a dream so that I can communicate to the world.
