About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living my life to the fullest. ...hey, being cliche is not always bad!

ABOUT ME

Indonesian born Chinese (or is it the other way around? I can never tell!), an ex-preacher (yep, bible, church and stuff) who didn't go to college and now live in the best time of my life. I am also a wordsmith (articles, books, screenplays and stuff).

Loving life, living life, and most of the time, laughing at life. Currently having fun with lots of water.

PHILOSOPHY

You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star.

OK, that was Nietzsche. It's a chinese thing, y'know, copying stuff...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to CocoBongo in Cancun all by myself and got back safely. ('amazing' is relative, no? :D)

Saw the Eiffel Tower lighted up at midnight on my last night in Paris.

Recently, I beat the near-drowning trauma I had had for the past 15 years by taking a swimming course. Being able to swim in a 3-meters deep pool feels amazing!

I was also a Christian preacher for 2 years and I spent half of my life inside the church before I decided to leave and see the world. That, my friends, is amazing.

Moved to Ubud after 2 whole years dreaming of it.

Survived a motorbike accident just few weeks after I moved to Ubud, in which I was nearly sandwiched by two trucks.

Managed not to scream hysterically when a snake made its way into my room at 2AM while it was storming outside.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have, and am willing to share lots of stories. Personal ones, and those are not made up.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore
