ABOUT ME

I'm currently lucky enough to have a brilliant job working with children, teaching English in the South of France. I enjoy socialising with my friends, travelling as much as possible, music, films and drinking cocktails.

My couchsurfing experience so far has been brilliant! Can't wait to participate more.

兴趣

I love music, dancing, swimming in the sea, baking cakes and relaxing. I watch as many foreign (especially French and Spanish language) films as I can get my hands on. I like cooking, chocolate, and finding nice vegetarian recipes, I enjoy visiting galleries and museums, and especially zoos and aquariums (I love anything with fur!) I enjoy a nice cold beer in the sunshine! I read as much as I can, although I never have enough time! Current project is attempting to grow strawberries.

I especially enjoy listening to Ingrid Michaelson, Rachael Yamagata, Buena Vista Social Club, Imogen Heap, Fat Freddys Drop, Nick Drake, Jeff Buckley, Seth Lakeman, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Madeleine Peyroux, Newton Faulker, and a thousand other things!
Favourite films are anything rom-com and the cheesier the better in my book! Also, inversely, a Tarantino fan.
I have too many favourite books to name! Harry Potter, Life Of Pi, Suite Francaise, Jane Eyre, anything murder-mystery-ish, Lord Of The Rings, His Dark Materials, Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, The Time Traveller's Wife, Nick Hornby stuff, To Kill A Mockingbird, Pride And Prejudice, Atonement, Paradise by Toni Morrison, Jean de Florette and Manon des Sources by Marcel Pagnol, L'Etranger, Ensemble C'est Tout by Anna Gavalda, Cold Mountain, Sherlock Holmes and so on...
