ABOUT ME

I am from Ithaca, NY where I also went to college and worked for a bit.In August of 2012 I left my job at the Lab of Ornithology, got rid of most of my belongings besides what was in my car and headed west with my pup- Shay. After exploring CO I found myself back in Jackson Hole where I worked the previous summer as a bear manager in GTNP. Like many people in Jackson, I came planning to stay a week maybe two and here I still am. I work as a wildlife guide and volunteer for an NGO mountain lion project perusing a career in wildlife conservation. I love where I live, what I do, the people I'm surrounded by and couldn't be happier to wake up in such an amazing place each day!

I host many many people passing through Jackson- realize surfers that there are MANY of you trying to find a place to crash in this great little tourist town of ours!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A leather back sea turtle is a majestic creature and in the presence of one for the first time there are no words. Bears are smarter than you think. People can be astonishing in both good and bad ways. Birth is crazy awesome/strange.
