ABOUT ME

Ok so what is there about me. Huge Hip Hop fan and dedicate a lot of my free time to it. I have worked as a TA at the German Department at the University of Iowa for one year and have since returned back to Germany. Apart from travelling and hanging out with friends, I am a huge football (or soccer) and Basketball fan and try to see as many games as possible in different cities. I also just enjoy going out with friends for dinner or watching a movie, and I like partying too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually enjoy all different kinds of movies as long as they have an interesting story, this can be from all sorts of genres. I usually like most kinds of music but personally enjoy Hip Hop, Funk and Soul the most. I am not a big fan of fiction books for some reason and rather read a variety of non-fiction books, usually about history, music, film or politics sometimes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I know a lot about Hip Hop and music history in general, same could be true to film since those are the two things that I spend a lot of time with. It would be interesting to meet other people with the same preferences. Apart from that, being a German native, I might be able to share German culture with others and also demystify some stereotypes.
