Overview
About Me
I'm a very independent 18 year old, well accustomed to the life of a traveler. Born in the United States and raised in England, as well as various other states in the US following England. I've been told I'm very mature for my age, most think I'm in my twenties. I love to travel, I'm currently 1,700 miles into my Appalachian Trail thruhike. I love building relationships with as many people as I can. Hearing and writing down others stories is one of my favourite hobbies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, I'm on a budget, being a full time student and being financially independent doesn't leave much room for extra money. Big cities, I can sometimes afford a hostel depending on how long my stay is.
Interests
The interests that have consumed me the past year is backpacking. Currently on an Applachian Trail thruhike from Maine to Georgia.

Music, Movies, and Books
There's far too much music that I enjoy and it's impossible to pick a favourite. I will listen to everything that isn't modern country music. I've never been one to write off music because of its genre. I've never been into movies much, I watch them only sometimes, because I prefer to do other things, but I love comedies, and anything with Wil Ferrell absolutely kills me.
My favourite book is The Count of Monte Cristo, and Lord of the Rings.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Applachian Trail Thruhike, 2,189.1 miles of pure bliss.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have much to teach, but I have a lot to learn. I guess I'm pretty well versed when it comes to backpacking, and mountain biking. I can give many helpful tips and tricks in that department. There's a lot I want to learn, too much to include in a short description. I've only stories to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have many stories from my very short time I've spent adventuring on my own. It isn't much, but it's made an incredible impact on me, and it might on you as well.
