Overview
About Me
I am a young Dane, currently studying my bachelor in Munich.
I love learning and working with different things, and standard education isn't always enough. I strive to learn a lot about the world we live in, understand how it works and become a Global Citizen.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because it seems like the perfect chance to explore the world in one of the best possible ways; through locals and people equally as open to the world.
I firmly believe that travelling and meeting people from foreign cultures in their own home, is one of the greatest ways to understand culture and in that way, really experience the country you're visiting.
Interests
I am very interested in the world around us. Be it politics, history or important events, I like to follow up on what is happening, and try understand the opinions and hot topics behind it. Travelling and meeting people who can give a more local, indepht insight is fantastic!
I also love being in nature; enjoying amazing views from mountains, sleeping overnight in a tent or shelter, or just sometimes staring at large magnificent trees. Taking a walk in a forest is something I love doing now and then. Well, at least until hay fever strikes and my eyes feel like they're burning.
I'm also very interested in architecture (at a quite basic level). Old cities with plenty of fascinating buildings from the past is something I really enjoy going around and look at.
While I can't design anything for real, I enjoy designing things in video games or other programs.
I also like spots a lot. I've never really gotten really good at any specific sport, but I love giving all I can to try and win. Which means I usually exhaust myself quite a lot - but the feeling afterwards is great! So I'm always up for doing some sport or whatever, so long people don't expect my performance to be at a high level. ;)
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music is in the Rock and Metal Genre, but I survive listening to other types of music as well. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say hiked to the top of Kilimanjaro, but I didn't quite get there. So instead, hiked to the top of Mount Toubkal!
Teach, Learn, Share
Observe and listen. Finding people who devotes their life to something specific can be amazing - seeing their passion about a subject, their knowledge and the time they've spent on it.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Nepal, Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tanzania, United Kingdom, United States
