About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to be fully present in every moment!

ABOUT ME

I am constantly searching for new ways to grow and challenge myself. I am a passionate human rights advocate, social worker, artist and explorer! I delight in shared pots of tea and conversation. My favorite time of year is the fall...hiking amongst the colorful foliage, picking apples to make homemade cider and apple pie and nestling in scarves and scents of cinnamon are pretty much some of the most wonderful things in life! Picking berries in the summer time, swimming in waterfalls and showering a home with wildflower arrangements also fills me with joy!

PHILOSOPHY

synchronicity, compassion, seeking

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The CS community is a wonderful opportunity for growth and creating new friendships! At the moment, I just left my home in New York to finish up my graduate degree and earn a certificate in Human Rights an Social Work in Innsbruck, Austria. I am traveling a great deal in the next five months and am living frugally in a small student dorm. I have loved hosting in the past and look forward to hosting again when I return to New York!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While living in Asheville, NC, my roommates and I hosted many a traveler. Couch surfers was a wonderful way to meet new characters from allover the world, share stories, good food and create new friendships.

Isabel Allende, Kahlil Gibran, Rumi...oh, there are just so many!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about holistic health practices and creative modes of healing. I would love to learn more! I dabble a bit in reiki and can teach you how to make a simple tincture or herbal tea.
If you want to learn to immerse yourself in the world of printmaking, I can give you a hand.
And..if you care to engage in a colorful dialogue about human rights and social justice, I am always excited to take part!
