About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Save the World

ABOUT ME

After a 6 year Couchsurfing hiatus for health reasons, I am ready to travel again!
I own and operate an ecological landscaping business. I am an environmental activist, and avid gardener . I'm married to Aaron Landry (also on couchsurfing), and we are both strategy boardgame fanatics.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't ask for what you want, go out and get it. If it doesn't hurt anybody, why not try it?

Music, Movies, and Books

Fantasy and Sci/fi, historical fiction, graphic novel, non-fiction. I am very into documentaries and historical fiction. My musical interests include new wave, no wave, dark wave, experiemental, industrial, post punk, some metal, goth rock, electronic, psychedelic retro, new age, etherial, neo folk, world beat, jazz, reggae, and some pop rock. I am beginning to explore the rich realms of Jazz, blues and African and Caribbean.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lughnasadh on the Hill of Tara was a weird, fantastic 24 hours.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a student of DIY herbal healing and the properties of wild plants (in Europe and North America). I also speak French (Quebec) and can teach drawing and a bit of bicycle maintenance. I am open to sharing these to anyone who desires it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

An immersive education in more sustainble urban living, a home base to explore ocean vistas, an extensive board game collection.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
