Like all the people on Couchsurfing, we love travelling. But that is just the start of our story together. We both got on an exchange year to Dominican Republic in 2014-2015, a girl from Italy and a boy from Belgium accepting the biggest challenge of their life until that moment. We met each other there and we still are together! We maintain from then on a long distance relationship and our way to be together is travelling!!!

We love to meet new people, get in adventures and feel the vibes of new cities and cultures. We travel low budget, hitchhike, camp and now also COUCHSURF :)

Jente: "I'm living in a peaceful little town in Belgium, but addicted to travelling. I've studied Applied Architecture in College in Brugge. Like my friends always say, I am like a 'tourist', a calm person, doing everything with ease and never stressed but also very bad in being punctual due to that..."

Alessia: "I'm an easy-going person, always ready to help. I like happiness and people with positive energies. I love being with my family, going out with friends and obviously travelling with my boyfriend. I adore to do artistic stuff like painting, dancing... Going to the cinema is one of my favourite things to pass the time. And as last but no least, I'm totally crazy for good food, of course I can cook for you the one and only 'pasta al pesto'!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

In July 2016, we hitchhiked three weeks through the northern part of Spain. Madrid was the beginning of our adventure and the goal was to reach Barcelona, all the in-between stayed a mystery. Following the Atlantic Coast, we stayed in hostels, campings and with locals. Due to the more expensive northern half of Spain we overflowed our little budget. Now we were looking at some alternatives from which Couchsurfing is one.

Of course we already heard a lot of good stories about Couchsurfing but for an unknown reason we never thought of making an account... But now we are finally here!
