Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in 'immersive travel' - the practice of creatively and respectfully immersing myself in another culture in order to have a travelling experience that will result in an cultural exchange. In other words, I want to eat what you eat for breakfast on a normal day, travel how you travel to work during a typical week, listen to your kind of music on a usual evening. In return, my life and my own perspective and my personal stories are also meant to be shared, like an open book for you. And I will endeavour to 'pay it forward' to other travellers.
