My name is JeongKyun PARK, Just call me JK. I'm 29 years old young guy from South KOREA. I had worked in construction filed and head office for 1.5years That I was civil engineer Before left home. I was making decision for around the world by bike, Before more old!

I have been cycling on 1st, DEC 2015 from Bangkok in Thailand. I have been South-east asia(Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos), West China ,Central asia(Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan) and South Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Balkan Regions(Grecce, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbija, Croatia), Slovenia, Italy, Switzland, France. I had cycled for 2years, 22,000km. I need to make more budget, So I left my bike in paris and back to korea for 6 months. After Staying in korea, I have been cycling France, Belgium, Netherland, German, Denmark, Sweden, Norway. I have been cycling 29countries, 25,000km! I am just heading to North cape before October!

I'm not only cyclist and I don't want to rush That's Why I'm Still alive and cycle In Europe. I can hang out with you as like make some food, help your working, play kid or pet! I'm really easygoing and outgoing person Even I dont want to say 'No'. I Think I'm good korean cook, So I can cook korean food for you. I know Many difference kind of food. We can share and enjoy! I like talking about history and culture, watching movie, listening to music, I am ready for enjoying with new people

Before Starting Travel, I was worrying about my future. Because I'm Not enough correct thinking for my choose. While I am cycling Thinking a lot for my past and future. I have more strong and correct thinking for my future now. I have felt like that Cycling is like a meditation. When I finish my jorney and back to Korea, I am going to live helping for young people who live in my small city. So I need to see and meet more people. When I am going to meet you, I'm sure It is good inspiration for me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people who live in own city. I have been travelling almost 2years now, I was meeting a lot of traveler in hostel or hotel that time I'm talking about travel and hearing other story. It is good But most time talking about same thing. But When I go to host place I have been meeting local people, talking about our living, sharing food, It is more good for me! Even I prefer hang out with people like as talk, watch, listen. That's why I want to meet more people and using couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Hip Hop ; I like rap since I was 16years old. When I heared rapping first, I was really falling ! I have been trying to write my story for rap, I was rapping on stage couple of time few years ago. Not so good but still like it!

Movie - Korean file ; I like all kind of movie. I know that some people like korean film. It is very interesting me. I was meeting one host, She recommended korean film for me, So I was watching the movie which Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring It is Very nice movie. I like watching movie and talking.

Book - History, fiction ; I like korean and world history. I have been reading roman history now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How can I come here - I was stating my travel from bangkok by bicycle passing 19 countries, 20,000 km until now around 2 years. I was acrossing highest point 4,700m by bicycle in china.

How am I was living in korea - Korea is high and fast to develop country. Most of people are working and studying a lot, That's why We are good developing. So I was Studying and working a lot When I was student and worker. I make a money but couldn't spend money BCZ we don't have any break time even in weekend. I was surviving in korea until 26 years! It is Amazing thing I've Done !
