Chi sono
CURRENT MISSION
To collect as many lullabies from all around as possible. Have a suggestion? Send it to me; I'll appreciate it!
ABOUT ME
Student of cultural anthropology. Somehow prefer moving to different countries over travelling. Don't get me wrong - still like to travel. Love the smell of coffee but would usually pick tea over it. Awfully afraid of dead birds. Not a big fan of wintertime but trying not to struggle too much because of it. Love to sing. Don't have a band but would enjoy playing folky/ethno music with people if anyone feels like doing that. Easy-goinging (we all think we are, i know). Enjoying getting lost. Lived in Istanbul for 10 months. Still miss it like crazy. Was volunteer in Braga (Portugal) for 9 months. The worst dancer in the whole world. Pub person. Still discovering Vienna. Also; have a crazy love-hate relationship with this city. Allergic to hate-speech, long queues, ignorance, mosquitoes, people pushing me to do something i don't want to. And I like rain. And corn. And cats and dogs.
PHILOSOPHY
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun. (C.M.)

Hosting/surfing/attending events.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Only good ones. Except for that one time when my friend & me waited for quite some time in front of a random Moroccan train station, waiting for our host who never showed up. He called us many times saying he's on the way though. Must have been a long trip.
Also; one of the references for one of my friends is not written by me. Probably not so difficult to figure out which one but we can play a quiz.

Musica, film e libri
That's changing all the time. If I had to pick only one musician to listen to till the end of my life it would probably be Leonard Cohen. One of my favourite books of all time is a book named Origins by Maalouf.
Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
Spent 12 hours in a van that had enough space for 10 people with 20 other people, chicken and a goat. They said the trip will be 4 hours long.
Spent a month travelling and learning music from amazing musicians I didn't know before.
Hitch-hiking around Balkans. Met an old Serbian porn-star, got picked up by the police, Serbian military, an extremely creepy family, ended up attending a Roma wedding, sleeping covered in a tent because we forgot its sticks. Good days.
Learning okay game from old Turkish men in tea-hoses.
Sand-boarding in Morocco. As a proper tourist.
Accidentally ended up eating a guinea-pig because no one spoke any of the languages I did so I ordered a first thing on the menu. Learned about that days after. Quite tasty.
Insegna, impara, condividi
I can teach you how to roll a cigarette in any kind of weather. How to get lost.
How to play Jamb - a game with dice that my family is obsessed with.
Some basic things about singing. Slovenian language (what a joke).
