- music (e.g. I'm learning to do some percussions with a technique called "signed rythms" )
- nature (in the sense of exploring it and find an energetic source in it by e.g. walking in the mountains)
- meet new people, other cultures
- traveling to countries where it's much different than home (on a cultural or on a geographical point of view)
- and of course have fun and be happy ;-)

Музыка, кино и книги

I listen to a lot of music and go often to concerts. Very ecclectic, so it can vary from heavy metal to e.g. salsa or electronic music (to mention but a few: Ufomammut, Tool, Mogwai, Tinariwen, Mastodon, Buena Vista Social Club, Cult of Luna, Amon Tobin, Om, PJ Harvey, ...).
I don't read much books, and for movies it's also like the music I listen to: I try to avoid the big commercial stuff, even though sometimes it slips into my activities ;-) to name but a few: No country for old men, Dancer in the dark, Babel, Festen, ...
