We are a couple travelling through Slovenia this summer. We are Angela from Spain (27) and Jeremy from The Netherlands (30). Jeremy has done couchsurfing in Bulgaria and Romania, before doing CS together during some great experiences in Germany and Luxembourg. Maybe not surprisingly, we met as colleagues, working in a hostel in Rotterdam. Ever since, we've travelled to Marocco, Latvia, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Montenegro, Spain and Croatia together. Before this, Angela has lived in Italy, Scotland and England, and Jeremy has lived in the Czech Republic and travelled extensively in Nicaragua, New Zealand, Tasmania, Indonesia and Eastern and Central Europe. We now live in Rotterdam.
We are both new to Slovenia and are super exited to learn more about your fascinating country. We are very interested in your culture, your nature and your wines. We love hiking, going to the beach and talking extensively about all kinds of topics while enjoying a good meal. We both love to cook, and we would be happy to share some of our recipes and our stories with you.
We see couchsurfing as a way of sharing, and we always try to give back something valueable. We will always try to be respectful of you, your house, and your life.

We don't read a lot of books, but we generally enjoy themes like adventure and interesting human drama stories.

I've seen lava, glaciers and the wildest rivers in the world, Ive visited cities that make my blood pump faster and I've met people with the biggest hearts, it's hard to say what the real wonders of this world are.
