New York, born and raised. Jack of all trades. I'm a carpenter, a baker and a cook. I cave, I hike and I bike. I love art and spend almost too much time in museums. I sometimes fish, try to swim in every body of water I see, and love to read histories and biographies. Political nerd. Spent school summers working on campaigns. Used to work in government/ community relations then life was interrupted and spent a year on an open ended world-wide adventure.

As of 2017, I'm back in school. Taking classes in order to apply to medical school.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had some of my best travel experiences with dedicated couch surfers. Whether that was kayaking in Buenos Aires or hiking in the Albanian alps, the couch surfing spirit is important to me. I think making friends is the best way to travel. I want to experience the local side of things and I love having friends around the world.
