Some things I like that I do a lot: reading, watching movies, watching live performances, hanging out with friends.

Some things I like that I wish I did more of: hiking, looking at art, hanging out with friends.

My deep love of (eating, cooking, sharing) good food is something I have noticed I have it in common with a lot of my favorite people.

I'm friendly and curious and reliable and considerate. I like to ask other people about themselves and listen to their answers. A little on the shy side in big groups and in new situations, but also eager and adventurous.

I love traveling (and living) that is a mix of things: spontaneous and well-considered, indoors and outdoors, slow and fast, full and relaxed, high and low, solo and in tandem.

I've been told I'm easy to live with! I shared a house with a couple for 5 years before I moved, and I've been with my current roommate for 4. I've maintained friendships and easy co-habitationships with all of them.

A good friend recommended this site as a great way to travel and meet people. I look forward to being able to host people in the future when I get my own/a larger apartment, and in the meanwhile, and am excited about the prospect of being a gracious house guest for generous CS members :-)
