I am writing these words on a beautiful morning, from Iqaluit Nunavut.

I recently moved to this very remote but quite cosmopolitan city for a new career opportunity. I am curious to know what brings you here, so let me know!

I am a person who loves travelling, of course. I had the chance to travel a lot for my studies and for work, mostly in Asia, South America, and Europe. I love exchanging with people that take the time to share their stories, and truly listen. We live in such a superficial world sometimes.. So it's great to meet people and share good vibes and connections!

I also like the outdoors, so if we ever meet it would be great to go trekking, snowboarding, skating, or doing anything else outside! When I'm inside I like to read, write, cook, and just chill!

I am a pretty easy going person that is usually in a good mood by default ( I was just made like this haha), so if you are travelling to Nunavut, let me know!

PHILOSOPHY

Des mille formes de la vie chacun ne peut connaître qu'une. Envier le bonheur d'autrui, c'est folie; on ne saurait s'en servir. Le bonheur ne se veut pas tout fait, mais sur mesure.

C'est du parfait oubli d'hier que je crée la nouvelleté de chaque heure. Jamais d'avoir été heureux, ne me suffit. Je ne crois pas aux choses mortes, et confonds n'être plus, avec n'avoir jamais été.

J'ai l'horreur du repos; la possession y encourage et dans la sécurité l'on s'endort; j'aime assez vivre pour prétendre vivre éveillé, et maintiens donc, au sein de mes richesses mêmes, ce sentiment d'état précaire par quoi j'exaspère, ou du moins j'exalte ma vie.

First, I used it to surf. Now, I host. However, I'm still willing to do both.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I only surfed in Asia. I surfed in China and Indonesia. Those were pretty unique experiences. The culture and customs are so different it's crazy. That's what makes it awesome tho!
