One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

kayaking in a phosphorescent sea in new zealand. climbing a volcano with the ethiopian military. losing 15 pounds to a bad decision in india. living like a monk for 9 days.

played guitar for the last ~20 years, though I can't say it shows. Probably sounds more like 12. Just gave up karate after 12 years to put time into tai chi... I like talking about that stuff.
