About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I like rye + ginger ales.

ABOUT ME

I'm really horrible at filling out online profiles, and I'm glad to share more in person.

In sum, I'm a young professional twentysomething. I like traveling, running, indulging in simple things, and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really have much personal philosophy, except I try to make decisions based on my moral compass.

If you want to know more, you're going to have to hand over a very big bottle of whiskey. And then I'll never shut up...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I definitely look forward to making CouchSurfing a part of all my trips - be it finding a host to stay with or just cool local CSers to share a meal or drinks with.

I have surfed a few times and am always looking forward to opportunities to host people coming to visit my fair city.

I had a great experience hosting CSers when I was in Vancouver, BC and now I would like to do the same in the NYC area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was actually out of need more than anything...I really needed a place to stay in Montreal before school started.

But it turned out to be the best thing I did all summer! Since then, I have enjoyed the good graces of wonderful hosts on CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One night, while in the North of Canada, I was gazing into the aurora borealis..and a shooting star flew by. Yes, it was like a dream.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I am full of trivial (but practical) tips. I'm a whiz at choosing ripe fruits at the grocery store.

Learn - I have a natural curiosity about everything in life. My boss says I'm just nosy. I love learning new languages, or refine the ones I already know. I like to think that I have a knack for languages.

Share - My piece of mind. But I also respect yours, so hopefully we can have some interesting, conducive and collaborative conversations! I genuinely enjoy hearing other people's opinions.
