About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Constantly challenge myself. Mentally, physically, spiritually, intellectually, etc .. . .
ABOUT ME
A man on a mission to be true to myself and the world around me. Good friends, good food and good times with ample amounts of yoga sprinkled in keep me sane, as I seek to sample all that life has to offer. My two favorite activities are traveling and learning. When I can do both at the same time, even better.
Love the outdoors (skiing, hiking, camping, etc). I have seriously considered living in an Airstream, so I can make adventure a key part of my life. But not sure I want to have to live in trailer parks ;)
PHILOSOPHY
The best piece of advice my dad ever gave me was - "never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience."
Otherwise my philosophy is to constantly live outside of my comfort zone. That is where the magic happens.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Mostly non-fiction but open to new suggestions. Favorites include: Guns Germs & Steele, The Art of Racing in the Rain, Sutras of Patanjali, God is a Verb, Inside of a Dog, anything by Kurt Vonnegut
Movies: Independent films & documentaries - I love movies that make me think deep. Dead Poet Society, Big Fish, Inception, What the Bleep, Matrix, Good Will Hunting (nearly anything with Matt Damon)
Food: Hands down it is sushi. although Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern is ranking up there now.
Music: all over the place. according to Itunes, my frequent plays are: Pearl Jam, Eddie Vedder, Mumford & Sons, Eminem, Dave Matthews, Tori Amos, OneRepublic, Krishna Das.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every experience is amazing if you have the right attitude. A cup of coffee with a friend can be as awe inspiring as hiking the Inca Trail. I have done both and both inspire me.
