About Me

Musician, traveller, storyteller. Feminist.

Je parle français, hablo español (un poco), Ich spreche Deutsch (ein bisschen), spreek een beetje Nederlands.

I have lived in Toronto, London, Los Angeles, and Ouagadougou. Let me tell you about the time I survived a revolution and/or malaria.

PHILOSOPHY:
Childhood is short and maturity is forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm pretty much up for anything, and I love to meet people because all people have something interesting to teach me!

I've WWOOF'd previously, and may do so again. It was fun/arduous.

A few years ago, I hitch-hiked from Amsterdam to Lisbon.

Interests

I am an opera-loving, cello-playing, comic-collecting nerd geek. You'll find me just as comfortable at a comic convention as at the symphony (and I'm prepared to queue up hours for both).

Currently working on my law degree. Trying to stop evildoers. Like, the really obvious, mustache-twirling, Nestle-executive kind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Treeplanting outside of Thunder Bay in Northern Ontario. We had moose, bears, blackflies, mosquitoes and all sorts of fun stuff come through our camp. Lived in a tent for two months.

Teach, Learn, Share

Language exchange is always fun, but I am happy talk music and performance. I would like to learn how to cook better :)
