About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the history of europe, find a place to study and settle for a short period, escape my little backwater town of Melbourne

ABOUT ME

I am an Australian male in my early 20s. I am travelling in Europe to further my studies in History and looking for a new place to settle down. But first I plan to travel around and experience as many places in Europe as I can whilst avoiding running through the continent too hastily.

I am fairly introverted, quiet and self-sustaining when in a residential situation but still quite happy to be social. I like to read, mostly fiction and philosophy, and am pretty big on walking and love to drink tea. I am big on music as well. I try to see a lot of live music in my home town of Melbourne and am sure I will be doing the same wherever I am.

I only speak English well but have some knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Latin (if that is your kind of thing!). I am very keen to improve my language skills however.

Um I like to think I am fairly tidy. I have stayed in a bunch of airbnb's and couchsurfed in the past as well as lived in a couple of sharehouses and never had any problems so I hope you'll let me stay and help me get the most out of my European experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted on my couch in Melbourne when friends/ travellers need a place to stay for a bit. At the moment however I am looking for places to stay and people to meet and discover new cities with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled and couch surfed for a few months in Europe. Both through this site and through friends. Overall my experiences have been positive. I have hosted people I vaguely know before but when I get home I will be sure to spread the kindness.

Teach, Learn, Share

Not much i can teach you bit willing to have discussions about things so we can learn together. I guess I can teach you how to stare into the void and draw not helplessness but empowering defiance. If you were looking to do that.
