Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have my master's thesis published in Journal of Latin American Geography
ABOUT ME
I am engrossed in geography: physical, cultural, and GIS. I enjoy learning about other cultures and languages, especially indigenous populations of South America. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I love the outdoors and animals(including humans). Further, I am fascinated by maps, old world maps in particular.
PHILOSOPHY
I do not think that people should be told how to live their life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will be hosting people, as well as surfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent a few days with a friend of an ex-professor while studying abroad in Spain. Her views, way of life, and generosity helped me to analyze myself, absorbing her positive outlook even during difficult times. I also spent a couple of months in Germany and the Netherlands with friends. I was introduced to their customs and views on government and religion. But, most importantly, I saw their strong sense of family.
