I am a History student at the University of my city, Murcia (Spain). I also study some subjects of Political Science as a compliment to my History degree in order to get a wider education on Social Science.
This year I am an Erasmus exchange student at the University of Bologna... I am ready to live and enjoy new and challenging experiences!!

If I had to describe myself attending to my personality and my lifestyle, I would say that I am a friendly, calm and familiar person. I tend to be respectful and to behave politely with everyone I meet, and to rely on anyone who trusts me. I am open to meeting anyone wanting to make new friends.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started an Erasmus exchange period at the University of Bologna in september 2015, and I am stayed in Bologna until the end of the academic year (june). I took up my Couchsurfing experience while I was looking for a flat to rent for this academic year. During that searching period, I went to some hostels, but I expected to be hosted by some Couchsurfers. Laterly, I really learned what was the real aim of this website, which has nothing to do with finding a free acommodation.

Nevertheless, right now my aim is to use Couchsurfing as a mean of meeting worthy people, travelling around beautiful cities and having amazing and unexpected experiences.
I'll be looking forward to visiting new places and meeting new people by using Couchsurfing.

兴趣

I like meeting friends and relatives, as well as playing sports with them, such as tennis and football. I go cycling occasionally so as to do physical exercise as well as to discover and visit the villages and the countryside that surround my city.

I am really keen on cultural events. From time to time I attend poetry recitations; museum exhibitions; conferences, lectures and apprenticeship sessions (such as archaeological excavations and archive Practicum) related to my studies (History and Political Science); scientific and technological fairs; theatre plays and concerts.

In addition, I consider that travelling (discovering new countries, cultures and cities...) is one of the most inspiring and amusing ways of spending my holiday time. At times I learn much more by sharing human experiences than I do attending lessons and studying at School or University. Wealthening myself is the main and long-lasting memory that I get from travelling, much more than having fan or getting relaxed so as to forget the working period.

音乐、电影和书籍

I truly love Literature. As an artistic discipline, it is the most familiar to me. There are plenty of books in my room at home, indeed. Amongst the overwhelming variety of literary books that can be found, I tend to read poetry books rather than novels. Poetry is, undoubtedly, my favourite genre. I know more or less the main poets of my mother tongue (Spanish). However, in the las months I am intending to widen my horizons by discovering authors in other languages.

I also enjoy reading research and informational books related to my field of studies (especially those related to History, Historiography and Political Philosophy), as well as those related to scientific disciplines (personally, I like Biology much more than others).

If it is about movies, I must say that, even though I havent't seen many films, classical cinema delights me, from Charles Chaplin to Stanley Kubrick. Besdides, I do consider some Disney films as classical ones (such as The Lion King) as they are actually much more complex and worthwhile than simple films for entertaining children.

I have to admit sincerely that anything I could say about music has no value, since I am an authentic ignorant in this field. I do listen to a wide range of songs, and I do not have a favourite style.

I can share a bed or a matress with anyone who is coming to my house. I may be sleeping on the matress so as to leave my bed free for my guests. However, as I have no living room in my appartment, we will have to share my room. I hope it is not a problem for you.

Obviusly, everything I am using at home will be shared my guests. Please feel home and help yourself! You are free to borrow anything I own and I am using in my everyday life.
