A Belgian guy, currently studying in Sweden. I am so happy that I can do my study programme up here, it is a really lovely place with great skiing opportunities. I love listening to music, hanging out with friends and having some beers, doing sports and going to the sauna!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel a lot around and had the opportunity to get to know a lot of people. I hope Couchsurfing will bring me in touch with nice people, who can come up with interesting discussions. I am also constantly looking for self-development, so wise lessons from people you don't know or judge, can always open my mind.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have a specific type of music I prefer. It always depends on the mood. I listen to José Gonzalez, Bibio, Arctic Monkeys, alt-J, The Cat Empire, Bon Iver, Charlotte Cardin, Chet Faker, Disclosure, Emmit Fenn... Techno also really pleases me, as well as Balkan music or even classic music.

If I want to keep it Belgian, then I go for Arsenal, Balthazar, Bart Peeters, Het Zesde Metaal, Brihang, J. Bernardt, Coely, Warhaus or Blow Trio. Plus points if those artists ring you a bell. If you want to hear new stuff, have a try: they are really good!

I don't have favourite books at the moment, as I currently only read books for university.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleeping outside with some friends on some branches, without having a sleeping bag. It was 'quite' cold, although it was in France!
