Hi my name is Jeroen, I am a 38 year old designer of social & human centered solutions/ opportunities. When I am not busy with design I love to ride my mountainbike, hang out with friends, go to a museum and travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people from different nationalities and cultures. I really like sharing stories and learn from them. All over the world people open their homes for me when I travel, which made me feel really welcome. I learned a lot of the local cultures. Now it's time to open my home for you who also love to travel!

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly read, design and art books, which I use for inspiration. I love a lot of different music styles. Currently my favourites are Stromae, Tame Impala, Nick Mulvey, Oh Wonder and some Dutch hip hop bands, such as Typhoon, Opgezwolle & de Jeugd van Tegenwoordig.

I have travelled around the world to do research to impact of design and entrepreneurship on poverty reduction.
