About Me

I am an Architect and I travel for work between the Sacramento area and Napa as well as reside in both locations. I love animals and nature, meeting new people, sharing stories, and having meaningful conversations. I am creative, artistic, kind, and compassionate. I absolutely love music and it is a big part of my life. I look for meaning in all things, work at being present in the moment, and reflect with perspective through my personal experiences. I love learning, growing, and connecting with all things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I enjoy all forms of music and if not my personal taste, I can still appreciate it. I play an acoustic guitar for relaxation.

Movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; Almost Famous; Everything is Illuminated. Leon; Life as a House; Ondine, Moon, Fight Club; Finding Neverland; Harold and Maude plus many more. I recently enjoyed the Film Captain Fantastic.

Books: The Alchemist; The Four Agreements;
Radical Acceptance; Wabi-Sabi; Books on self development and spiritual growth; architecture, art, non-fiction , Poetry by Rumi...one of my favorites...”The wound is where the light enters you...”; Rudolf Steiner, Edgar Cayce...many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled to Mexico to deliver donations to an orphanage and spent the week there with my childhood friend from Amsterdam. We took the kids from the orphanage on a varied destination excursion including an exploratorium visit, back country hiking, and a trip to the ocean for kayaking,. Most of the kids had never seen or experienced the ocean.
