About Me

Hi!

I'm a very friendly and optimistic person. I agree with many of the other profile philosophies I've read on here: meeting people is a wonderful thing!

That's why I was one of our volunteer campus ambassadors in college, happy to drive four hours in order to bring new students in from the airport.

I also managed two group houses in the DC area for about eight years, and that was very rewarding.

Feel free to contact me with any other questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard many great things about it from some friends of mine. And now, I have a great opportunity to start a really challenging job in a new city (Baltimore), but I'm not in a strong financial position to set up in a hotel while I look for a permanent place.

Fortunately, I live two hours away in the DC area (Virginia), so I've been driving four hours a day as part of my commute!

Interests
