ABOUT ME

Well, i don't really know how to describe myself, but i think i'm a enthousiast person :) I have passions for many things, and first of all, sports ! I play volley-ball, tennis, go jogging. I also like sport as a spectator : I love stadium atmospheres, and i really enjoy going to volley-ball, basketball or (english) football games.

An other passsion is to travel, meet the world and make it tinier than it is. I always have an amazing feeling, discovering new cultures and listenning people talking about their life and see how it is, sometime so close, sometime so far, from my way of life. When I visit a place, i like to see how people are enjoying their life and I like to imagine which place I could have there.

About my main activity, before starting travelling I was working as a project manager in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditionning) domain.
Now that you know a few things about me, i'm waiting to listen about you !

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As much as I can !
When i was leaving in Amiens, I had two places for surfers and i was quite often hosting people. I tried to be active in the CS community of Amiens, participating to almost all events, and creating some. I travelled to other cities in France, and abroad as often as i could.

Now during our big trip, we like meeting local travellers, participating to the events we can find, and we hope to find nice hosts to make our trip more amazing that it is already !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered CS in summer 2010, in Scotland, where a friend introduced me to other CS in Edinburgh. And forgot it for a year, after subscribing again, when i arrived in Amiens.
I did my first eCSperience as a surfer in Lille, oct 2011.I hosted surfers for the first time in december 2011, a couple from brittany.
I usually meet surfers who come for a day to visit Amiens, I try to be a nice and interesting guide, even if i don't know Amiens that much !
April 2012, i went on a weekend in Antwerp, hosted by a romanian girl.
May 2012 i spent 10 days in Poland, hosted only by CSers, my best eCSperience !
August 2012, i was 1 week in Netherlands, did CS in The hague.
NYE 2013, i was is Prague, where i spend the most amazing nye party with CSers from all around the world.
September 2013, I did CS in Madagascar, my first time outside Europe.

Centres d'intérêt

Sports (volley-ball, basketball, tennis, jogging), sharing smiles with people from all other the world, reading, genealogy, collecting coins... looking for nice hosts !

But my favorite one is travelling, and my dream is becoming true since i started my long time trip !

I want to learn more langages ! the current mood : spanish, and all the few basics of the countries we are visiting in our trip. I could give some advice about the few places i've already visited, if anyone is interested.
