Hello there, I'm Jerome from Quebec, a french guy who can also speak english, but I'm still improving it. So I left my beautiful province to see a more beautiful one, as it's said on their licence plates, the Beautiful British Columbia.
I'm free for the winter, the helicopter pilot season is finished, so I enjoy the life until April or May. Living now in Invermere where a couple of friends are. I'm here to do outdoors, splitboard, and maybe find a new life!?
Vegetarian since 6 years, parade around in a small Yaris with a big Thule, trying to go green, and would like to meet the Eco-friendly people from BC.
I just made my first Kombucha recipe (2th of Jan. a good first try for the new year). Next step is to go near vegan. Ho also, learn to do the best Chai Tea.
Last thing about me, last winter I did a 6 months Microbrewery Production Technique course and if someone hear about an opening job in a brewery in BC, tell me please :) Meanwhile, I will probably buy a brewing kit to start experimentation.
