ABOUT ME

I love exploring new places and adventuring; whether it's trekking in the wilderness or scoping out a megacity, if it's new and different, I'm down.

I'm looking to learn Spanish over the next year, hoping to open up the world of opportunity that it'll bring me. I'm also really interested in roleplaying groups like Dungeons&Dragons or other nerdy things like that these days, hit me up if you need a player!

Intereses

Eating A LOT of food and seeing the city! I like to chill in cafes and restaurants and people watch. I also really like to hike and swim and camp, and even to dance, though in my old age I do that a little less these days.

Música, películas y libros

I like a lot of different music and movies. I'm into indie films and smaller budget productions, but Marvel movies are fun too. I read a lot of sci fi and fantasy (lady authors are superior, and that's just that), and try to fit one nonfiction book a year in but it doesn't always happen, haha.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The first country I ever traveled to was India. I stayed for 4 months. Hard to love every second in India, but it becomes a part of you for life.

I love to cook and share meals with new friends! I worked in a "typical American" restaurant for a year, and I also love to cook food from all over the world (i'm not too bad at cooking up indian food like baingan bhartha, west african food like not-your-mom's jollof rice, and a bunch of other stuff depending on the spices in your cabinets).
