ABOUT ME

My friends always put lots of labels on me, like generous, crazy, energetic, imaginative, etc, but I would regard myself as a life-enthusiastic person. I always do what I want following my heart, breaking the different routines marked in Chinese society and tradition. In my opinion, the recognition in myself is much more important than the reputation or labels coming from outside, and sharing with people is a also good way to find myself.

PHILOSOPHY

The Chinese word of "WORLD" is 世界（SHI JIE). SHI means time while JIE means territory. Therefore, traveling is to spend time moving around to know different people's stories, life philosophy and to share with them in different locations of different culture background.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started my CS experience with a 2-month trip in Europe, Turkey and Egypt, which completely changed my attitude about travel. To me, sharing stories, culture and lifestyle is much more interesting to share the photos taken on the road.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since the last great couchsurfing experience in Europe in France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany and Greece in 2012, I hosted many CS in my apartment in Beijing. Amazing memories! Due to living together with the whole family in the last few years, I wasn't involved in CS too much, however, I always believe that CS can be the best way to explore the world.

Interests

Cooking and traveling, concerning to myself, are the two most interesting things I would like to do in my life. It’s lucky that I can do something interesting.
