About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the most of life, and live for something greater.
ABOUT ME
I am a fairly easy-going person who loves to have a good laugh and great conversation. I love adventure and new experiences, and I am not afraid to do them on my own. I am currently studying to become a Mechanical Engineer, and I hope to use this one day to see the world. I am also a Christian and enjoy talking about that when someone is interested.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meet new people, create good stories, have adventures, good conversation, save money… Why wouldn't I be on Couchsurfing?
Interests
I love pretty much any kind of adventure. Some of my favorites are rock climbing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, j-docking, off-roading, cliff jumping, and camping. But my all time favorite thing to do is go on road trips.
I also love sports. Especially soccer, running, and ultimate frisbee.

Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer action movies or comedies. My favorite movies are the ones that mix both of these genres.
I like pretty much any kind of music as long as it isn't rap (most rap at least).
I don't spend too much time reading books, but I usually go for the ones that have a good story and can teach me about important things in life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 18 I took an 8000 mile road trip by myself that lasted 37 days.
Teach, Learn, Share
As far as teaching, I can explain a lot about traveling alone, especially traveling cheap. I know a decent amount about math and science too if anyone would be interested. Obviously I also know a lot about my culture and the English language as well and would love to share that.
I really hope to learn about other cultures and languages. I love to broaden my understanding of the world and I hope that couch surfing will lend itself to that.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Over the past couple of years I've had quite a bit of experience with "unconventional" traveling. So, if anyone is looking for that kind of adventure, I can give some pretty good tips.
Obviously I can also share/teach a lot of stuff from my culture and language.
