I'm Jess, and am travelling for the next 2-ish months with my boyfriend Pat.
We are Aussies who have been living, working and travelling in Europe the last 2 &1/2 years. Based in the UK we've done a lot of trips and love staying in hostels or airbnbs where we can meet new people - I think it couchsurfing will be even better for meeting new people!
We are on our final trip on our way back to Melbourne, Australia and would love to make some new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We stayed with a friend in Lisbon who hosts for couch surfers and he couldn't reccomended getting involved highly enough. We really want to meet some locals when we go travelling and know locals always have the best tips for places to go - we know we will be able to share a lot when we return to Melbourne.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Very varied, random taste in music, hard to summarise... acoustic, rock, folksy, jazz - anything that hooks me in that I can't stop listening to, especially live music and festivals.

Movies: The lion king, the bodyguard.

Books: Any cheap novel or novel from a book exchange that I can't put down for 3 days until i finish :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of tips if you're ever planning to come to Australia. If you aren't I will probably convince you by the end of our stay. Would be happy to cook a meal and can put together a very good cheese platter!
