Deepening my yoga teaching and self-practice, travel to India, singing my songs, connecting with lovely people on this precious planet and continuing to walk on the path of my heart :)

ABOUT ME

Writes songs from her soul. Loves life and living it to the fullest. I love cooking and eating vegan deliciousness. Enjoys spending time alone as well as being surrounded by people; seeing the challenge in life to find balance. Yoga and meditation are very important to me. Thinks: " What's the point of having money, when you can't get to travel?". Adores sunshine but loves all the good parts about each season.

PHILOSOPHY

We all want to be happy and we all want to be loved; we are all connected to one another. Sharing love and light is what makes life worth living. Everything is constantly changing, you are not a fixed entity: living with change requires courage but will make you feel truly alive.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is one of the most amazing initiatives I know! It shows how the world is changing and people discover new ways of traveling and meeting one another; trust and open-mindedness are supported by couchsurfing. How wonderful is it to share our experiences and lives in this way!

Nature: I love hiking, going for bike rides and camping!

Yoga: I started practicing yoga in 2011 and it got me from the first moment! It helps me find a balance in life and accept the things as they are. In 2016 I started a Vinyasa Flow teacher training to become a certified teacher. I love to always learn more and meet other yogi's!

Food: I love cooking and discovering new recipes. Sharing a good meal with nice people can simply make me intensely happy :)

Walking the Camino de Santiago from San Sebastian to Fisterra (the end of the world!) - an amazing, life-changing experience!

Spending a week in silence in the french town of Taize

Practicing yoga and sleeping on the roof during the summer in hot Andalucia and watching the stars whilst falling asleep
