We are an energetic, friendly and passionate couple from the USA embarking on an extended journey around the world starting July 2016. We love cooking and are obsessed with eating local food wherever we go. What better way to learn about the history of places than through enjoying local dishes.

Jessica is a skilled coffee professional with lots of experience in the food and beverage industry. She's a bit of a bookworm and is brushing up on her Spanish while traveling.

We've made the choice to leave the comforts of home, our friends and family to sojurn into the world. We're hoping to spend an entire year traveling to new places, meeting new people and experiencing local culture.
