About Me

I love to travel as a way to find new connections and experiences and remind myself of the things that are important to me away from the rush of everyday life. I am Australian by birth and passport but grew up in Central Asia and have spent a good chunk of the last few years bouncing between countries so it can sometimes be hard to know where home is for me. I'm currently finishing off my Psychology degree in Canberra and working in a community housing program while I plot my next lil trip 🃏🤍

Some other things I love are:
- being in the mountains or by a lake, wild swimming
- trying new foods and cuisines!! (ethiopian is a current favourite)
- campfire chats
- road trips
- cats and puppies
- side quests
- live music gigs / raves
- wandering through museums and old cities
- reading anything/everything
- learning languages and about anything to do with linguistics

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love learning about a place through the people who live there and understanding how they see and experience the world! I’ve also had lots of wonderful experiences couchsurfing and want to pay the favour forward for others 🤍
