About Me

Hi!

Me and my boyfriend Zak are travellers from the UK and arrived in Wellington at the beginning of August. We both graduated from Southampton Uni last year with Zak studying film and television and me doing fashion management and marketing. I travelled through SE Asia last year then Australia where Zak came out to meet me. We lived in Melbourne and saved up, bought a Land Rover, built a bed in the back and did a big road trip across to Perth. We had the best time and worked in a couple of vineyards along the way.
We are both super easy going and would love to meet some new people to hang out and explore with. We both love the great outdoors and adventuring in nature and obviously popping to the pub for a pint. We are also both very trustworthy and have house sat a few times while in Australia and don't mind one bit helping around the house or cooking or anything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Zak has managed to get himself his dream job down in Franz Josef, but it doesn't start until mid-october and I am currently still looking for a job but planning on staying in Wellington. We have been staying with his family but we have been here for so long and both feel that we have overstayed our welcome. As we both don't have an income at the minute we thought that couch surfing would be perfect and we would also get to meet some cool people.
We would absolutely love to meet some new people and maybe explore the Wellington area a bit more before he heads off.
