Présentation
À propos de moi
I'm an easygoing, open minded individual. I love the simple things in life but also enjoy the odd adventure here and there.
I am an artist by nature and dabble in some fine art but mostly work with metals, jewelry design, and textiles and I'm slowly (very slowly) starting to get my stuff out there.
I work as a nanny, infant massage instructor and volunteer doula and have a lot of experience with children and infants and organise art workshops for young children to assist them in learning to express themselves through different mediums of creativity.
On the side and in the spare time I manage to find - i'm studying Nutrition and Self sufficiency for pure personal development and interest through a self paced study program. While I live in an apartment in a loud petrol cloud city , I dream of having my self sufficient farm one day....and that's me in a nutshell.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
Since i mostly travel independently, it can be rather awkward being alone. This is a good way to connect, meet new people, and see things from locals perspectives to get a better taste of whatever country i'm blessed to find myself in.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Music tastes vary.
Some of the artists that i consider favorites are Patti Smith, Rory Gallagher, Sound Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Vivaldi, PJ Harvey, Sonic Youth, Blind Melon, Mother Love Bone, Pink Floyd, John Frusciante, and Bach,
My boyfriend is a Psytrance artist so i don't mind a bit of that either. Also bring on some Britney Spears i don't judge.
Reading is like my greatest passion, and easiest one to feed ! Anything by Neil Gaiman, Charles Bukowski, Chuck Palahniuk, Carl Jung and..Jodi Picoult. Currently obsessed with the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. Some of my old favorites (not mentioned by author) off the top of my head are Wuthering Heights (Emily Bronte), The Prophet (Kahlil Gibran), The Shack(Wm Paul Young) Just Kids (Patti Smith) The Shadow of the Wind (Carloz Ruiz Zafon) Miracle Workers, Reformers and The New Mystics (John Crowder) Frankenstein (Mary Shelley)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
I'm happy to learn ANYTHING. I love to listen to people's stories and perspectives and especially beliefs, non beliefs and different faiths. Skill wise i can be a slow learner but definitely interested in absorbing as much as possible from any artists out there.
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
In return i'm more than happy to share about my vegan lifestyle and cook/give cooking tips.
Basically share anything i know that may be of interest to others ie jewelry making, how to swaddle a baby( lol), basic photography, basic gardening etc . Because i'm a nanny as well i'm more than happy to be around children, and take care of them, do small art classes and let them throw paint at me as they get in touch with their inner Jackson Pollock.
