ABOUT ME

Am currently living in Santiago and working as an English assistant as part of my year abroad from Durham University in the UK. Just spent 6 months working in a Champagne house in France which was incredible!

I come from Stockton on Tees in the north east of England. We are very close to the Cleveland Hills, the North Yorkshire Moors and The Lake District is around 2 hours away.

We are also close to Newcastle, Durham, York.. all lovely to visit, as is the coast (Whitby, Saltburn...) where you get the best 'fish and chips' in the country!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hopefully I will be able to meet up with some couch surfers whilst I'm in South America for a coffee, drink etc and then when I'm back in the UK next year I would be happy to meet up with anyone coming to my region and show them around.

Interests

I love travelling, discovering new places, meeting new people, talking! I enjoy spending time with friends, learning languages, current affairs, music, playing guitar, fashion, vintage clothes, live music...

also a bit of trekking.. was lucky enough to have done the trek to Annapurna base camp in Nepal last summer and it was awe inspiring. A beautiful country with some of the kindest people I have ever met.
