My daughter and I are trying to do some more traveling together. I currently work in the emerging cannabis industry in Seattle and am also active politically on local and national issues. Was a national delegate for Bernie.

We are on our way back from Mexico to the states and looking for a place in San Diego for a night.

Before I joined I was known for having a "hostel" and frequently found my couches and floors full with musicians and friends traveling through.

I like the chance to connect with and meet people better than staying in sterile hotels. Some of my best friends I met through local couchsurfing events.

Creating a comfortable atmosphere and getting others to open up. Telling stories. Making easy things difficult, and difficult things easy. Seeing the best in people. Whipping up a good meal. Finding an adventure. Massage and cuddles. Making inappropriate comments at movies.
