I love to chat, chill, go exploring off the beaten track, and find the little beautiful moments in the simplest things.

My party days are behind me (mostly!), and so far my experience of couchsurfing has been just wonderful.

I love to make real connections with real people and love how CS enables this (compared to some hostels I've stayed at!)

I've only recently discovered/joined the couchsurfing community but have previously stayed with people I met along my travels in Toronto, New York and Utah. I was so so appreciative of people opening their homes to me that I've happily hosted housemates' relatives & friends back home in Melbourne, from a weekend up to a month - a small way of giving back.
When I settle back in Melbourne I would love to host through CS.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to explore rural areas rather than cities, and while I love to meet people from all around the world I'd love to get to know some locals!
I would love to be shown around your gorgeous landscapes.

Interests

I'm a music composer who's left Australia in the hopes of defeating writers block... Looking for fresh air, interesting people and new experiences for inspiration and give my brain a reset.

I got into yoga a couple of months ago and am loving the physical and mental effects so far (though a bit difficult to do in a hostel...) Would love to find a yoga buddy, or can (badly) teach you some poses!

I can teach you random things about music, I'm a bit of a nerd and get excited talking about/listening to anything from the Orchestra to fusion jazz 😁

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm more than happy to cook and clean for you (I've worked as a cleaner on the side for a few years, my cooking is average however), or help with odd jobs around the house.
