capoeira, nature, sustainable living, political activism/involvement, natural medicine, plants, food, music and gettin down. i also like reading and doing art, although i'm working on doing those two more often!

Music, Movies, and Books

enjoy grooving to all sorts of music, although my favorite would be singing / dancing along with live tunes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the most amazing things for me are those rare instances when i truly connect with someone, with a group of people, or with the landscape or culture immediately around me. in a special place, a conscious-shifting space or an enchanted moment. sometimes you take photographs, sometimes you write it down, other times you just try to breathe it all in and forget it a second later.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a bit of capoeira, gardening, Spanish, herbalism and cooking. I know a little bit of Portuguese. I want to learn to surf, dance salsa and samba and just generally more about the world.
