CURRENT MISSION

To learn something new everyday, to learn Ukulele, to volunteer on wildlife sanctuaries in Indonesia, to learn yoga in India, But first to learn about meditation and the Buddhist way of life in Thailand.

ABOUT ME

I am travelling around South East Asia, to learn and to volunteer. I am excited about meeting new people and learning about their cultures.
I have spent the last three months volunteering on a wildlife rehabilitation centre in Turkey, and have had a lovely time with many animals and people! I enjoy being surrounded by life, whether its people, kittens or trees. I enjoy talking about ideas, waffle, everything and nothing! I am spending my time on the road in order to meet people, hear stories, enhance the senses, learn and get experience with caring for animals and nature.

How to make Banoffee pie!:

What you need→ 300g of amazing biscuits, 6oz of butter, 4oz of sugar, 14oz of sweetened condensed milk, bananas and chocolate.

1) Melt 2oz of butter → add 300g of awesome broken biscuits into it
2) Then tip into a round dish→ press down firmly and put in the fridge for 30 minutes
3) For the filling melt 4oz of butter → add 4oz of brown sugar → add 14oz of sweetened condensed milk- gently simmer, until it turns to caramel
4) Pour over the buttery biscuit base & wait one hour
5) Add bananas and grated chocolate on the top!

Yum!

It takes a bit of waiting, not too much work and tastes soooo good!
