One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In Amsterdam I got really really high and went to a Van Gogh exhibition. It was so. freaking. cool.
In France my friends and I passed by this building that had a lot of artwork painted on it. It said it was free entrance so we figured, what the hell, let's go. it ended up being the best thing I've ever done while travelling. All 6 floors of the building were home to freelance artists that opened up their homes to show their artwork. Some of them were just lounging around smoking and painting and I talked to one French guy who gave me a "mini masterpiece" of one of his works on the back of a card. He painted my portrait on it too. It was really awesome.
Went kayaking and snorkeling in Croatia. We saw a bunch of nudists and wild peacocks. (no pun intended)
In California saw an entire pod of dolphins go by me while at the shore. It was breathtaking.
update January 2018:
I went on a roadtrip through Airzona Monument Valley and the deserts in Southern California, sleeping in the back of my car or camping
I went swimming in the bay in Montenegro while there was a thunderstorm (yes it was technically dangerous and I could have died but you only live once)
I went to New Orleans and listened to live jazz bands on the street all night.. went home feeling very good and with 3 new CDs
