Overview
About Me
I'm born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I started my career in Television Editing there in 2007, so for now I don't see myself living anywhere else. However, the most exciting thing in life for me is to travel, immerse myself in the community and make friends abroad that hopefully, one day, will come visit LA, where I can show them my city.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couch surfing because, sure, I can go to a hotel or hostel, but I would much rather connect with someone who lives in the place I am visiting and can help me understand the dynamic of their town. I enjoy the occasional touristic landmarks but at the same time, I will invite you to a beer or a coffee so long as you take me to where you, as a local, go to pass the time.
Interests
I enjoy live music, follow politics, cooking and of course traveling. Most weekends you'll find me with friends BBQ'ing at someone's house or enjoying a drink at the neighborhood bar.

Music, Movies, and Books
From James Brown to JayZ. From Robert Johnson to the Black Keys. Buena Vista Social Club, The Smiths, The Bee Gees, in terms of music, I like to believe that I am open minded. Movies: Casablanca, M, Guardians of the Galaxy, Motorcycle Diaries, 8 1/2 and so much more. Books: mostly non fiction but my tops at the moment are Boomerang, Reign of Gold, and Siddartha.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Still trying.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy showing people how to make Mexican food. It's simple but has tons of taste and spice. I believe that people are the most interesting thing this world has to offer, I enjoy hearing the stories people tell about there upbringing and experiences living in a place that is foreign to me...we all have a story, don't we? I will share my love of food, culture and any silly story that I feel can make you laugh, even if it's at my expense.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to think that I am a open book. My motto in life, as it was taught to me, is that you can never go wrong with a smile and hello. Everywhere I go I tend to make a friend. Whether it's someone out at the café, someone on the bus or a shopkeeper. I'm a very open person, I can share my stories along, my meals, my general enthusiasm for making new friends and hopefully when you visit LA I can share my home.
