Very new to Couchsurfing!

I have been traveling for the last 8 months through southeast asia and am now in the Netherlands and loving it so far. I lived in Arizona for the last few years working an engineering job. Was making good money but still was not satisfied with life. I had never really traveled so I sold all my stuff, quit the job and now and traveling as long as I can!

I am an easy going guy. I am friendly and love to have some nice conversations. I am currently trying to learn a little bit of dutch. I love to cook and I am pretty handy. Happy to cook, clean, fix things or otherwise be useful and stay busy if there are things that I can help with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been staying in hostels the last 8 months but have found that there are not as many hostels in the netherlands. I have also really wanted to try couchsurfing and meet some local residents.

I love almost all kinds of music, or at least something from every genre. I prefer nonfiction books, especially about human history. Movies I am open to anything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode my motorcycle for over 7000 KM through Vietnam. One of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Also worked in a hospital in West Africa for two years.
