ABOUT ME
Hi...
I worked on a paper about couchsurfing and some aspects of it. I finished this paper and since I still like couchsurfing, I still host people. I hosted about 20 people, and a lot more through an studentcommunity called AEGEE. So, what are you waiting for. I like talking, discussing and so on. Furthermore, find out who I am through meeting me.
PHILOSOPHY
In a world that's beginnen to get 'colder'(NOT climate-speaking) it's nice to know that there are things as couchsurfing. But what's the philosophy behind it? Is it a sort of dating-site (even tough the disclaimer forbid's it) What do people want with it?? So I'm more interested in your philosophy!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like the site, I'm a traveller myself, and I'm attached to the AEGEE-Europe network, with over 250 locals. This is a studentorganisation that works throughout whole Europe. Within this organisation I have on more than one occassion had people over from various countries. I like to chat and share my views (and my city) with them.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had three people from Maine (US) over and one of them told me about Couchsurfing. I didn't know through couchsurfing, but this was sort of my first experience. Since than, between 2 and 4 people sleep at my place monthly, that is if I'm not busy working (as a teacher/social worker.
Interests
A lot of things. Culture! music and so much. I do like bowling as well, which is important. The Big Lebowski is a way of life ;)
